Exchange and Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase QPD will accept, return(s) and exchange(s) in their original condition within 14 days from the date received.
The cost of shipping will only be refunded if QPD made a mistake in shipping. QPD is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged returns during transit.
In addition all returns must have a RAN (Return Authorization Number) Please call 1-888-281-5170 with the following information: product(s) you are returning, Name, E-mail, and mailing address, reason for returning and request for either a refund or replacement.
